🩺 Veterinary Examination
Before joining their new families, all puppies:
Are examined by a licensed veterinarian
Receive a full physical health check
Are confirmed free of visible illness at the time of placement
Are issued a written health record
A copy of the veterinary health record will be provided at pickup or delivery.
💉 Vaccinations & Deworming
Each puppy will be:
Up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations
Dewormed according to a standard veterinary schedule
Provided with documentation of all treatments administered
Buyers are responsible for continuing the recommended vaccination and wellness schedule after adoption.
🧬 Genetic Health Commitment
We strive to breed healthy Cavalier King Charles Spaniels with strong temperaments and sound structure.
To the best of our knowledge:
Parent dogs are screened for common breed-related conditions
Puppies show no signs of hereditary illness at the time of placement
Because certain genetic conditions may not be detectable at an early age, this guarantee is limited as described below.
🛡 Health Guarantee Terms
We provide a limited health guarantee under the following conditions:
1️⃣ Initial Veterinary Check (72 Hours)
The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.
If a licensed veterinarian determines the puppy has a serious pre-existing health condition, we must be notified immediately with written documentation.
At that time, we may offer:
Replacement puppy (when available), OR
Refund of purchase price (excluding shipping costs), OR
Another mutually agreed solution
2️⃣ Genetic Health Guarantee (Up to 12 Months)
We provide a [6–12 month] limited genetic health guarantee against life-threatening hereditary conditions diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.
If such a condition is confirmed:
Written veterinary documentation is required
A second opinion may be requested
Replacement or partial refund options may be discussed
This guarantee does not cover:
Minor, treatable conditions
Illness caused by injury, neglect, or improper care
Stress-related issues after relocation
Parasites common to young puppies
🏠 Buyer Responsibilities
To maintain this guarantee, the buyer agrees to:
Provide proper nutrition and care
Keep the puppy in a safe environment
Maintain routine veterinary care
Not transfer ownership without notifying us
Notify us immediately of any health concerns
Failure to follow these responsibilities may void the health guarantee.
🚚 Transport & Stress Disclaimer
If shipping or third-party transport is used, temporary stress-related symptoms (such as mild diarrhea or decreased appetite) may occur and are not considered grounds for return.
